Leeds City Council has now published the Regulation 18 Decision Statement which confirms the changes that will made to the plan in accordance with the recommendations of the Independent Examiner, after which the Plan will proceed to a local referendum. The local referendum will be arranged as soon as Covid-19 restrictions allow, which is likely to be May 2021. The decision statement can be viewed or downloaded below.
