Parish Council meetings are held monthly on Tuesday evenings. Planning Committee meetings usually start at 6:30pm (occasionally 6:45pm) followed by Full Council meetings at 7:00pm. The quarterly Finance Committee meetings are held in April, July, October and January at 8:30pm, or immediately after Full Council, if later.
Meetings are usually held in Shadwell Library on Main Street, but any change of venue will be advertised beforehand. There are opportunities to raise issues and ask questions at every meeting. Guidance on public participation at meeting is available below:
Agendas for all meetings are available on the home page of this website a few days before each meeting and are displayed on the noticeboard near the shops on Main Street.
